To schedule an appointment you can call the clinic at 712-580-4570 during business to speak to a receptionist who will schedule your appointment. If you call after hours leave a message and someone will get back to you during the next business day to schedule your appointment. You can also walk in to the clinic be seen at the next available open time on the schedule or to set up an appointment.

Yes we take in walk-in appointments if there is an opening in the schedule for the walk-in to be seen. If no openings are available we will try to get you in as soon as we are able to.

You can book an appointment for several months in advance as needed.

We understand things happen and you cannot make a scheduled appointment. We would appreciate that you call the clinic as soon as you know this to reschedule your appointment as this allows would allow another patient to take that time slot.
